• whois registration : who owns the site   (https://lookup.icann.org/)
• waybackmachine : to see edits and site in past
• DNS - for technical details (use viewdns.info)
• --study the site, what language is used, is it user friendly (UX) is it modern, what pages does the site have
• --look for comments (even on wayback) email addresses (@) use the ctrl f feature, look for .jpegs
• --find google analytics code: search in source - UA-
